Community Nurse Connection is a non-profit 501(c)3 convening organization bringing together people, ideas and resources to improve the quality of life for older adults.
Our aim is to unite, strengthen and support Community Nursing Programs.
Our beliefs are based on a holistic philosophy of nursing, which dates back to the mid 19th century—a time when nurses focused on the health of individuals, families, and groups within a community.
Our focus is on the health of people drawn together by such commonalities as location, religious affiliation, social connections, or fraternal association.
We believe every community deserves access to a community nurse.
