Norwich Community Nurse Inc. seeks a BSN-prepared registered nurse for a 12 hours/week position.

Preferred qualifications: minimum 3 years experience with a background in elder and community nursing.

Responsibilities will include phone contact, home visits and case management to assist community members with healthcare. Must be familiar with electronic healthcare record-keeping.
