Jim Culhane
Chair
Jim has been the President and CEO of Lake Sunapee Region VNA & Hospice since 2015. Over
the last 25 years, he has held leadership positions at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital,
Concord Regional VNA and the Visiting Nurse Association of Manchester and Southern NH.
Jim focuses on the culture of an organization as the foundation for strategic development and
growth. He has served on a variety community boards and committees including the Home Care,
Hospice and Palliative Care Alliance of NH, and the Foundation for Healthy Communities.

Ericka Bergeron MSN, RN
Vice-Chair
Ericka is rooted in the Upper Valley community and is deeply committed both in serving the rural patient population while exemplifying the role of a professional healthcare professional. As she navigated her healthcare career from a nursing assistant to director she is grounded in the values of empowering the interprofessional team through mentorship, advocacy and professional advancement. Ericka has a steadfast approach to process improvement and utilizes her skills in organization, vulnerability and enthusiasm to create sustainable healthcare environments. Ericka holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from West Virginia Wesleyan College and a Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Franklin Pierce University. She achieved a Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma. Ericka is a published author in the National Association of Orthopedic Nursing Core Curriculum for Orthopedic Nursing. Ericka was recognized as the New Hampshire Nurse Leader of the Year by New Hampshire Magazine 2019.

Gail Dimick
Secretary
Gail Temperley Dimick is an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ. She moved to the Upper Valley in 1986 and served as pastor of the Lyme Congregational and the Lyme Center Baptist Churches. She was the pastor of United Church of Thetford, UCC/UMC for 16 years. Gail was a Spiritual Counselor for Bayada Hospice, retiring in 2020. In addition, she was the Director of the Mascoma Area Senior Center and a Program Direction for the Grafton County Senior Citizens Council. She was a founding Board Member for the Community Nurse of Thetford. Gail lives in Orford with husband Gary who recently retired from the DHMC Security Department. They have an adult son who lives in Manchester, NH. Walking and gardening are favorite pastimes.

Daniel Emanuele
Treasurer
Dan lives in Warner, New Hampshire, with his wife and two children and is actively engaged in the communities he serves. He is a past board member and former chair of COVER Home Repair, past Board Member and Treasurer of Vital Communities, past board member of the New Hampshire Charitable Foundation Regional Advisory Committee, and a former board member for the Hartland, Vermont School District. Dan currently chairs Mascoma Bank’s B-Corp Community Impact Team, whose mission is to foster financial wellness for the communities Mascoma serves. Dan also serves on the Warner Historical Society’s finance committee and is a current Board Member of Lincoln Street, Inc.

Ellen Thompson, RN
Ellen is the former Lyme Parish Nurse from 2012-2018. She spent her professional career at Dartmouth Hitchcock including the last 15 years in the Office of Care Management as a Community Case Manager, Senior Care Manager and Clinical Director. Ellen's interests include travel and quilting.
Sharon A. Morgan, RN, MSN, FNP
Sharon moved to the Upper Valley in 1987, having begun her nursing career at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer center in 1984, in her home town of NYC. She brought her expertise in oncology to Mary Hitchcock Hospital and continued her work in oncology in Hematology/Oncology and Bone Marrow Transplant for another fifteen years. While completing her FNP, she spent a year with NH/VT VNA and Hospice which ignited her passion for community centered care. On completion of her FNP, she spent 12 years as an associate provider in the Department of Neurosurgery, at DHMC. From 2017 to late 2020, she was a Lyme Parish Nurse. Currently, she is a member of the Upper Valley Medical Response Corp. Throughout her career Sharon’s primary focus has been a holistic vision of the individual as the center of care, imbedded within their community. She continues as a planning member of the DH Holistic Planning Committee.

Donald Kollisch, MD
Don is past Chair of Community Nursing Connection and serves as a medical consultant for the Community Nurses. He is a Family Physician, 40 years of practice including private practice, academia, and the VA.

Jen Raymond
Since 2005, Jen Raymond has worked in both clinical operations and project management at Dartmouth Health (DH). She has supported numerous projects across care settings internal and external to the DH system. Collaborative initiatives have included care model implementation and research with primary care, behavioral health, geriatrics, emergency medicine, and population health. She holds an associate’s degree in business administration with a background in theatre, customer service, and food service. Jen earned a Lean Six Sigma Yellowbelt through DH’s Value Institute in 2012 and completed the Institute for Health Care Improvement’s (IHI) Coaching for Quality Improvement program in 2019. Jen lives with her husband in beautiful Thetford Center VT. Together they enjoy caretaking the land that they share with the abundance of wildlife that live along the west branch of the Ompompanoosuc River.

Andy Lowe
Andy is the Executive Director of the New England Rural Health Assoication. Before joining NERHA, Andy served as Chief Strategy Officer at Outer Cape Health Services, a community health center serving the rural Outer Cape Cod region. While there, Andy also served as Director of the Cape & Islands Area Health Education Center. Previous work includes positions at the University of Vermont, where he worked on community-based research programs for rural veterans, and the State of Vermont, where he served as Associate CIO in the Agency of Human Services. Andy holds a faculty appointment at the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School Department of Family Medicine and Community Health. Andy and his wife Jayne, who met as undergraduates at Norwich University, live in rural Vermont. As a lifelong resident of rural New England who has lived in Vermont, Connecticut, and Cape Cod, Andy enjoys fishing, primitive arms hunting, hiking, biking, snowshoeing, gardening, boating, swimming, maple sugaring, cross country skiing, and anything else outdoors. A lifelong competitive endurance athlete, Andy has trained and raced as a runner, cross country skier, triathlete, and rower.
